1. How do I place an order?

Simply fill out our contact form or email us directly with your inquiry. We’ll send you a complete price list and product catalog. Once you choose the items you’d like to order, we’ll send a Proforma Invoice with details including pricing, volume, and payment terms.

2. Do I have to order a Full Container Load (FCL)?

No, you may also order in Less than Container Load (LCL). However, we recommend a minimum of 5 cubic meters (cbm) for LCL to ensure packaging safety during transit.
For optimal value and shipping efficiency, a Full Container Load (FCL) is highly recommended.

We offer flexible shipping options:

  • We can arrange the shipment on your behalf through our trusted freight partners.
  • Alternatively, you may coordinate with your own shipping agent if you prefer.

4. Are your prices inclusive of shipping costs?

  • For FCL shipments, our prices are based on FOB (Free on Board) – Semarang Port.
  • For LCL shipments, prices are Ex-Works (EXW), meaning you are responsible for arranging shipping from our warehouse.

5. What trade terms can you offer?

We can accommodate several Incoterms depending on your requirements:

  • EXW – Ex Works
  • FOB – Free on Board

Via Bank Transfer (T/T)

  • 40% deposit upon order confirmation (based on Proforma Invoice).
  • 60% balance due after shipment and once we provide scanned export documents.
  • Terms are negotiable; please contact us for special arrangements.

Via Letter of Credit (L/C)

Accepted under the following conditions:

  • Must be Irrevocable and Payable at Sight
  • Issued by a recognized bank

Yes! We stand by our quality and offer a Purchase Guarantee.
Please visit our Purchase Guarantee page for full details. We are also open to negotiating terms based on your needs.

11. What is teak wood and why is it special?

Teak is a premium, close-grained hardwood with high natural oil content. It is:

  • Exceptionally durable
  • Naturally weather-resistant (sun, rain, frost, snow)
  • Ideal for outdoor furniture due to its resistance to rot and insects
No other hardwood matches teak’s performance in outdoor conditions.

12. What grade of teak do you use?

We use only premium-grade plantation-grown teak sourced from government-regulated plantations in Indonesia.

13. Is Indonesian plantation teak environmentally friendly?

Yes. Indonesian plantation teak is:

  • Sustainably managed with constant replanting
  • Less impactful on natural forests
  • Supportive of local employment and communities
These plantations operate under a renewable and responsible forestry model.

14. What is the drying process before furniture production?

We use kiln-dried teak, reducing the moisture content from over 60% to 10–16%.
Kiln-drying prevents warping, cracking, or joint issues, ensuring long-term furniture stability in all climates.

15. What makes your teak furniture better?

  • Use of kiln-dried timber for precision and durability
  • Strong, tight-fitting joinery
  • Modern woodworking machinery for accuracy
  • High-performance adhesives for outdoor strength
Every piece is built to withstand the test of time and nature.

16. How do I care for my teak furniture?

Teak furniture is low maintenance.

  • It naturally ages to a silver-grey patina if left untreated outdoors.
  • You may clean it occasionally with mild soap and water.
  • For winter storage, use a shed or garage, but avoid abrupt indoor heat as it may cause cracking.
